MY WILDEST DREAM

Steed is sleepwalking
Tara tries to wake him up*

Production completed: 1 April 1968
UK Premiere (London, Season 7): 7 April 1969
US Premiere (New York, Season 4): 6 January 1969

The Acme Precision Corporation has a problem: its board members are dropping dead in rapid succession. By strange coincidence, Steed has witnessed every murder, and in each case, the murderer appears to be walking in his sleep.

 IMHO

Wake me up when something exciting happens. Actually, it isn't all that bad; there are some nice twists: Is the diabolical mastermind really who we think? Also features some classic 60s "way out" sets (see the first image).

 Trivia

Steed's Kin: See the Best Line.

Howard Blake composed the incidental music for this episode.

*This unofficial subtitle is by Yours Truly.

 Best Line

"I had a great aunt on my mother's side—ruthless with a knitting needle." (Steed describing his violent ancestors)
